While wearing this wrist band, when you would Fail a Saving Throw or Hit Check, you can Relinquish 1 of 3 Will Points attached to the Bracelet in order to make the Failed Save or Hit Check a Success. After running out of all 3 Will Points, You will Pass Out and become Incapacitated After the Action Sequence of the Last Will Point used. Will Points don't stack and Refresh Each Day at Noon. This Bracelet is also Trackable by the person wearing the Necklace of Location. Only 6 Bracelets exist. These Bracelets cannot be removed by force and destroyed except by the Command word of the Necklace of Locations Owner.
