This angler-fish shaped rod constantly emits a faint blue glow from its lure. As an action, you may speak the command word to cause the lure to glow brighter, as if the light spell had been cast upon it. In addition, once per day as an action, you may choose a point within 50 feet to sling the lure. Creatures you choose within 15 feet of the lure must succeed a Wisdom saving throw (DC 15), or use their reaction to move up to their speed towards the lure.
