These boots have intricate details of clouds engraved into the soles and sides of the heel. Attuning to these boots allows the user to take up to 3 steps on ‘solid air’ at a time. This allows you to instantly and easily traverse gaps of 15ft, and you can ‘jump’ straight up to a vertical distance equal to your movement speed. You can also use it to cross gaps larger than 15ft following a successful acrobatics check equal to 10 + the distance travelled, divided by 4 (rounded down).
