This circle has a strong gusting wind flowing in a circular motion around the inside, all hostile creatures in the circle must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, a failed save will take 6d10 force damage. Additionally, on top of the force damage taken, if any spells of the following damage types (Fire, Thunder, Lightning, Cold, Acid) are cast inside of the wind vortex, or a creature hostile to you in the vortex, each hostile creature in the vortex will take half of the damage of the spell cast.
