This moonstone amulet instills the wearer with unfaltering sanity, making them immune to the effects of madness (short-term, long-term, and indefinite).

This amulet has 5 charges. You can use these charges to extend your mental stability out to those around you:

  • For 1 charge, you can use your reaction to give another creature within 60ft. of you advantage on a saving throw against madness.
  • For 2 charges, you can use your reaction to cause another creature within 60ft. of you to automatically save on a saving throw against madness.
  • For 3 charges, you can use your reaction to give a number of creatures (equal to your Wisdom modifier) within 60ft. of you advantage on a saving throw against madness.
  • For 5 charges, you can use your reaction to cause a number of creatures (equal to your Wisdom modifier) within 60ft. of you to automatically save on a saving throw against madness.

Once per moon cycle, you can attempt a one hour ritual to cure all of your allies of their afflictions of madness. Roll a percentile dice. If you roll a number equal to or lower than your cleric level, then all designated allies within 60 ft. of you are cured of any afflictions of madness, resetting their madness levels to zero.

The amulet regains all of its charges on a full moon. You can also restore any number of charges in one hour at the cost of 100gp per charge regained.
