Upon equipping this amulet, the wearer becomes unable to attack or do any hostile actions until it is removed, however the wearer is also able to cast the foresight spell on any willing creature within 5 feet

If this amulet is equipped and not removed and the wearer takes a short rest, thatshort rest becomes a long rest
