An artifact made by vampiric wizards in ancient times when wearing this magnificent artifact, the wearer can roll a d20 as a bonus action to use one of the following abilities that it grants.
1-3: the user takes 1d12 damage
4-6 the user takes 1d12 damage and dose 1d6+1d4 dmg to one enemy
7-9the user takes 1d10 damage and dose 1d10 to the enemy
10-12 the user takes 1d8 damage and dose 1d10 to the enemy
13-15 the user takes 1d6 damage and dose 1d12 to the enemy
16-18 the user takes 1d4 damage and dose 1d20 to the enemy
19-20 the user takes any amount of damage (chosen by them) and dose 1d4 per damage they took to the enemy
