this weapon is a hand crossbow to wich we took off the limb, only the trigger grip remain and has been carved with runes.
a golden rod with arrow head shaped crystal (can be light blue, purple, red or green) on the tip, is embedded in the weapon.
This wand has 6 charges.
for an attack action you can use one charge to hurl an arcane bolt to one creature in range (30/90ft) the attack modifier is intelligence or wisdom you choose when attuning the item. one bolt deal 2d4 magical force damage ( the attack modifier don't apply on the damage)
