Armor (shield), artifact
This old shield was preserved by the Empire after the calamity war. On the front there are places to put the other three artifacts into. On it's back is inscribed "The one who wields this shield is a protector of all, They have sacrificed there magic and soul to carry this shield, If all other artifacts are placed within you will have to power of our creators themselves you can bend the world to your will and do what you must but just reme_" Then the rest of the writing was scratched away.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
