This massive set of Plate Armor seems almost too heavy for a normal person to wear. With oversized pauldrons that lead into a very thick back plate offering excellent protection at the cost of the weight you'd have to carry.
To a person a will, however, this armor is as light as a feather. The thick back plate will unfurl into large metal wings, giving the wearer a fly speed of 30ft. In addition to flight, if the wearer is not flying, they can use a bonus action on their turn to give themselves half cover, using their large wings as protection.
The wearer has disadvantage on dexterity (stealth) checks. If the wearer's strength score is less than 15, their movement speed is reduced by 10ft. If they are attuned, there is no strength requirement.
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
