While wearing this ring, you cast the greater invisibility spell as a bonus action. Anything you are wearing or carrying is invisible with you. You remain invisible until the ring is removed or you use a bonus action to become visible again. The invisibility effect can be dispelled by a counterspell or dispel magic cast at 8th level or higher.
While attuned to this ring you have a telepathic link to Acerak. Every 24 hours you can spend two minutes communicating with Acerak. After you communicate with Acerak using the ring, make a DC 18 charisma saving throw. If you fail the saving throw, you are compelled to pursue lichdom.
You also have disadvantage on spells and magical effects cast by Acerak that can lead to the charmed or frightened condition.
