Amulet of Dragon Breath

Inspiration drawn from the "Amulet of Talos" from "The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim"

A magical amulet made with the fang of a dragon.

The leader of the "United republic of the dragon born" designed to assist his dragon born solders use their breath weapon more effectively in combat.

While attuned dragonborn characters can use their breath weapon 3 times instead of 1 every short rest, the breath weapon gains +5 damage, unless target is resistant then +3 damage.

Also adds several effects allowing those without a breath weapon to use the amulet. +1ac, +2 str score, +1 str modifier, +1 dex modifier, +1 con modifier, +5 movement speed, +5 climbing speed.

Artificers can make this item with a dragon fang.
