arcane collection

This ordinary bag appears empty. Reaching inside the bag, however, reveals the presence of a collection. The bag weighs 1/2 pound.

every time you reach inside the bag you roll for rarity which the DM can set the scale. the DM will tell you what you have got with that rarity. at dawn the next day your collection uses magic to replenish and every thing you gained yesterday vanishes your collection has the 3 times amount of levels as your character.
