Amulet of True Unison

This amulet, shaped like a pair of nondescript lovers intertwined within a gem shaped like a heart, lets you always know the location of the person you hold closest to your heart. When you are within 60 feet of this person, you gain advantage on checks made regarding them, even loosely. When you are within 30 feet of them, you both gain AC equal to your individual Charisma modifiers. When you are within 15 feet, you deal an additional 1d6 Force Damage to opponents threatening them. If you and the one you hold closest to your heart assist each other in rolls, you both have advantage. If you and your partner are within 5 feet or are touching, you can use each other's abilities like they are your own.
