- The leggings provide a surge of agility, giving +1 Dexterity and 5ft of movement speed to the wearer.
- You are able to fly up to 15ft in the air for up to 10 seconds as an action.
Fueled for war. The leggings can be charged by an energy cell, adding 30 minutes worth of charge, walking 350ft grants the wielder 1 energy cell. The cell cannot be replaced in combat and must be replaced after, however you can also choose to pause the usage of the energy cell after combat, turning them back to the uncharged state, you may un-pause the energy cell usage at any time. The charged state of the leggings provide it additional 10ft of movement speed to the wearer and 2 different abilities, each ability can only be used once per combat:
Speed boost: As a bonus action, the leggings inject the wearer with an adrenaline enhancing drug that boosts movement speed to an additional 20-feet.
While moving you will not invoke any opportunity attacks from creatures close to you.
Grappling hook: As a bonus action, the leggings will fire grappling hooks from their kneepiece and will shoot them out for 30-feet.
Once the grappling hooks hit a target, the wearer will fly towards it with blazing speed. If the target is a small or medium creature, then both the wearer and target will meet at the center of the grappling hook's range, if the target is a large or bigger creature, then the grappling hooks will work normally.
