This amulet has an autumn leaf preserved in golden amber. This piece of jewelry never seems to stay dirty for long.
While wearing this amulet, you can use a full round to use a charge to name a location that you are familiar with on the plane of the Feywild. Then make a DC 14 Intelligence check. On a successful check, you and a willing creature your size category or smaller within ten feet that you can see experience similar results as plane shift spell to and back from the Feywild. On a failure, you and the creature traveling with you take 2d10 force damage and together travel to a random destination. Roll a d100. On a 1–60, you travel to a random location on the plane you named. On a 61–100, you travel to a randomly determined plane of existence. If the creature that you are taking with you is unwilling, they must make a DC 14 Dexterity Saving Throw. On a failure, they still go with you but take 3d10 force as well. On a success, the creature stays and takes only half damage.
This Amulet can store up to 1d6 charges, and regains 1d4 charges every full moon.
When the last charge is used, roll a d20. If the result is 1, the amulet breaks and is destroyed. If above a one, the amulet is safe and still has its magical properties.
