This strange amulet is not a physical item, only aquirable through an interaction with raw magic. When you have this item it appears on your chest as a cresent moon symbol.
When you have this amulet you can cast a variant of moonbeam known as moonfire with 1 or more charges. (proficiency bonus charges per day) this variant does 1d10 radiant damage and 1d10 fire damage.
for each charge over the first that you expend it does 1d10 more fire or radiant damage (whichever is lower, your choice if equal)
