Arcane Propulsion Frame

An arcane frame that enhances the wearers abilities, granting the following effects:

• The wearers walking speed increases by 5 feet.
• The wearers strength score is 18 while wearing the frame, this has no effect if the wearers strength score is already above 18.
• If the wearer is missing any limbs, the frame replaces those limbs. The replacements function identically to the body parts they replace

Notes: Armour could be forged to be attached to this this frame. Creating an Arcane Propulsion Armour. The Arcane Propulsion Armour gives the same abilities as the armour that was attached in addition to the effects of the Arcane propulsion frame.
