This magic item gives the user a 3rd arm that is mechanical, it attaches via a belt around the waist and 2 straps attached to your shoulders to keep it in place
the magic item allows the user to give the arm a weapon or item in which it can use as a bonus action without using the users bonus action however the user cannot make a attack as a bonus action on that turn, they command the arm via a mental will, if it is a weapon the arm has no proficiency in doing such things so it will be a d20 plus whatever the item uses as its stat using your own stats but without proficiency. If the user has the ability to change forms it changes its size to adjust for the user's form, if attuned with professional help the arm can be transformed individually from those who can change shape to take the form of something itself.
If the user spends enough time using the arm augmentation, dm can decide whether the player gains proficiency with weapons while using this augmentation.
