Arcane Meteor Shield

A nigh indestructible circular shield with three rings of glowing runes etched on it in the order red, white, red, and a blue circle with a white Arcane star in the middle of it. It has strange properties, such as the material it is made out of a meteor, that makes it defy the laws of physics as well as the ability to use it as a weapon.

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
