The Anathema of Schrysa is a necklace with three long and jagged dragon teeth hanging from a silver cord. The teeth are hung from the cord by platinum caps fastened at the base of the tooth with a metal ring on the other side. The teeth are not uniform in color or size. The smallest tooth is black and hangs on the left-most side. The middle-sized tooth is a cracked yellow and hangs on the right side in the order and the largest tooth is gleaming ivory, set in the middle of the three teeth. Once attuned, the necklace shrinks to fit the wearer's neck snugly.
Sowing Death
As a bonus action, you can pull a tooth off and bury it in the ground. If the surface is stone or water and the tooth cannot be buried, the tooth sinks into the ground and the effects take place as normal. Each tooth summons a different creature that rips itself from the ground and enters the initiative order at the beginning of the next round. Each creature summoned by the Anathema of Schrysa follows the mental commands of the wielder and lasts for 1 hour before crumbling into dust.
Small Black Tooth: When buried, this tooth summons a skeleton. This creature has all of its weapons and armor with it when it appears. The small black tooth will grow back on the next dawn. It can then be used again as normal to summon the skeleton.
Medium Yellow Tooth: When buried, this tooth summons a deathlock wight. The medium yellow tooth will grow back at dawn 3 full days after it was used. It can then be used again as normal to summon the deathlock wight.
Large Ivory Tooth: When buried, this tooth summons a bone knight. This creature has all of its weapons and armor with it when it appears. The large ivory tooth will grow back at dawn 7 full days after it was used. It can then be used again as normal to summon the bone knight. At the beginning of each dawn, roll a d100. On a roll of a 10 or lower, the Large Ivory Tooth's cooldown is reset and it grows back and can be used again as normal.
Exoskeleton
As a bonus action, the wielder can pluck a tooth from the necklace and crush it. When they do so the tooth will crumble into small pieces which then rapidly grow into armor made of magical bone the color of the tooth that was sacrificed. For the next 10 minutes, the wielder gains resistance to nonmagical bludgeoning, slashing, and piercing damage and immunity to force damage. Any tooth used in this way regrows the next dawn regardless of the normal regrowth period.
Foul Curses
As a bonus action or reaction, the wielder can pluck a tooth from the necklace and swallow the tooth. When they do so, they can impose disadvantage on an attack roll, saving throw, or ability check to any creature they can see within 60 feet. Any tooth used in this way regrows the next dawn regardless of the normal regrowth period.
