Aeashen's Staff of Emotions

A tall staff with flowers and other foliage adorning it at the top. The staff, when used, an effect that effects all creatures in a radius of 500 feet, any creature in this radius becomes aggressive and hostile to all other creatures, or friendly and passive to all other creatures. The flowers of the top bloom and are beautiful when using the kindness effect, but wilt and become black when using the hate effect. The staff can also cast the Antipathy/Sympathy spell. The staff has 1d4 charges to create the hate or kind effect per day, but had 3 charges for the Antipathy/Sympathy spell, which recharges every 10 days.
