Can act as a spell focus.
It is a small metal circle that easily fits within ones hand. There are subtly glyphs on the inside of the band that glow as magic is cast through it.
It has a single charge which can be expended to target one additional target with any single target spell. It will passively regain its charge as spells are cast through it. After 6 or more spell levels are cast through the Arcane Duplicator it will regain its charge.
