Air Rebreather

As an action, you can equip the re breather. While on, the re-breather can provide a steady supply of oxygen to your lungs so that  you can breath in a vacuum for up to 1 minute.\

If you are equipping the air re-breather in a place where breathing is impossible, you must roll a Dexterity Save to equip it without losing oxygen. If you are equipping underwater the DC is 18, if you are equipping in a vacuum the DC is 25. On a success, you may breath for one minute. On a failure, you have enough breath to last you 1d4 rounds.
