Amulet of Rat Speak

This Amulet once worn by the King of Rats gives it's wearer the power to speak to and understand rats. When the Amulet it worn no other languages can be understood unless the Amulet is worn for 48 hours straight. If the amulet is worn for more than a few days, the wearer begins to behave more rat like and develops a taste for raw meat and dark enclosed spaces. If worn for more than a week the wearer believes he/she is the King of Rats and will head for the nearest sewer. The only way to restore the wearer to there original state is too cast a greater restoration on them.
