This is one amongst many other amulets that were blessed with the same power to read one true self.
While you wear this amulet around your neck you can feel the true intentions of the one in front of you. The amulet has 3 charges and you can spend 1 of them to use this amulet's feat and gain advantage on insight checks and also a +3 bonus to the end result of the roll. If the insight check determine that the target is susceptible to either Intimidation, Deception or Persuasion, you also get advantage on any checks for those skills on that target made within 1 hour after the usage of the feat. You can also use 3 charges, as a bonus action, to reveal one target true identity and see through any illusion spells that change the target's appearance, voice, clothes, race or shape. The target must be within 60ft and in your field of view.
The amulet regain 1 charge per 2 successful insight checks that don't use it's feat. If a natural 20 is rolled on those checks, the amulet regain 2 charges instead of 1.
You can recharge up to 2 charges per long rest and its not accumulative. (If you don't regain any of the charges before making another long rest, the amount you can recharge remains 2)
