Astralaria

Forged by an incredibly skilled dwarven artificer, obsessed with constellations and the magical implications of the cosmos. He dedicated his entire life to researching and creating this legendary weapon, all for his name to be lost to the ages.

You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

This weapon deals radiant damage. When you hit with this weapon, deal an additional 3d6 radiant damage.

Astralaria has 10 Charges. While holding it, you can use an Action to expend 1 or more of its Charges to cast one of the following Spells from it, using your spell save DC and Spell attack bonus: Detect Magic (1 charge), Absorb Elements (3 charges), Crown of Stars (5 charges). If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the axe loses its cosmic power and becomes a regular +3 hand axe. The axe will return to its powered form after 7 days.

Astralaria regains 1d6 + 2 expended charges daily at dawn.

While attuned to this weapon, your iris look similar to nebulae, and magical stars drift over your body.

Gain +2 to your Wisdom ability score while attuned to this weapon.

As a bonus action, you can command Astralaria to teleport into your hand as long as it is less than 60 feet away.

Proficiency with a Handaxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
