You create a microverse in the image of your personal paradise no bigger than 1 square mile.
When you meditate/sleep your spirit can enter this world as you please and treat it like any other world, building, crafting, training.
Like a bag of holding you may put items in and out of your world. It takes 1 minute per item transferred.
Unlike a bag of holding, pets and willing creatures may enter this world at the owners choosing.
If your own paradise provides all that is needed for life then animals may live in this amulet. Sentient creatures other than the owner can only stay a short while in the amulet before overwhelming existential dread consumes their minds and they have to leave. They may leave at any point willingly.

So basically its a mini world in your necklace that you can keep your pets in nice and safe. You can train them in your sleep and bring them out as needed.
