This magic horn has healing abilities. After being completely filled with the blood of a wounded creature, this same creature must drink and finish (1 action) the contents of the horn to receive it's full effects, partial drinking (no less than half) of the contents in the horn will result in receiving half of the hit points obtained and resistance to slashing damage, vulnerability to piercing damage for half an hour. Other creatures that try to drink from the horn will NOT receive healing points or be cured but receive the resistance and vulnerability mentioned previously.
After consuming the blood from the horn, the creature regains 2d8 + creature's level, permanent hit points (the hit points obtained cannot be stacked over the maximum hp of the creature). If the creature was unconscious, it returns to normal with half of the hit points obtained. The creature also receives resistance to slashing damage but becomes vulnerable to piercing damage, both for an hour. The creature is cured from any disease.
The magic of the horn cannot be used more than twice per day and there must be an hour in between uses otherwise it does not work. Blood stored in the horn will become undrinkable after 5 minutes.
The horn can be used to carry 8 ounzes of liquid (250ml) and can be used as a simple weapon.
