Amulet of Tasigur

This ancient artifact has a slight hue of green shimmering through it, with the symbol of Balance and Nature in the center.  It is broken off of it's original Pendant.  This pendant has something dark inside, something that is hidden or contained.

As an action, an Augustine may summon the essence of Tasigur to petrify a creature he can see, the creature must make a Constitution saving throw 25 or they slowly get overtaken by roots sprouting from the ground.  After one round they become petrified, and they may attempt the saving throw at the end of each turn.  This amulet may only be used once every 15 days.

The user of this amulet gains 2 levels of exhaustion that remain for 3 days, as the amulet drew from their magic source.
