Amulet of Necromantic Consent

This amulet ensures that any raising of bodies is approved by the soul that once inhabited them. Whenever a creature attuned to the amulet casts a spell or uses a feature that raises an undead, the speak with dead spell will be cast first, targeting the soul that once inhabited the body being raised. The spell acts as it normal, but one of the questions must be "will you allow your body to be raised?" Should the soul not answer affirmatively the spell or feature will fail for that body. Additionally, the amulet provides a single use of the animate dead spell every dawn, but allows the soul to make a request for their body. If the soul makes any request for their body that are not fulfilled by the time control over the body is ceased, the amulet will shatter.
