Aldr Raum

This shield, called Aldr Raum (Fire Bane), is one of a pair crafted out of Remorhaz chitin by Alocoth of Mirabar, with the sister shield being named Frok Raum (Ice Bane).

While holding this shield, you not only have a +2 bonus to AC (in addition to the shield's normal bonus to AC) but are also granted resistance to all types of fire damage.

 

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
