Agitha's Billowing Orb

A baseball sized glass orb with gusts of spiraling smoke inside of it, cursed with a banshee’s life essence. When shattered on a surface, the spell Fog Cloud is cast centered on it. The projection of a banshee springs out from the fog, all creatures within the fogs range (20ft sphere centered on the point of impact) must make a DC13 wisdom saving throw or take 3D6 of psychic damage.
