Armok's Collar of Pain

I know True Pain - The wearer of this collar is able to negate 2 points of damage from all sources except Diseases and Poison. Every two times the wearer is struck by any source of damage other than the aforementioned exceptions the maximum pool of points the wearer is able to negate increases by 1.

This does not effect the wearer remaining points, and the current points is refreshes at midnight.
