Your Constitution score is 19 while you wear this amulet. It has no effect on you if your Constitution is already 19 or higher without it.
For each being you kill you gain 20 temporary hit points(which stack with each kill) however for each day you wear the Amulet and do not kill, you lose 30 hit points
Once you put the Amulet on it binds itself to you for seven days and cannot be removed until the seven days have passed.
A voice from within the amulet will speak to you demanding blood.
