Weapon (battleaxe), artifact

A cane, the heft of which seems to indicate the long, richly hued wooden shaft is but a skin for some sort of metal rod reinforcing it from within.
The handle of the cane is shaped like ornate axe head, balanced by a protruding poll which also serves as a surprisingly comfortable palm rest.
On one side of the axe head is engraved an Eye of Horus, mirrored by the Eye of Ra on the other.
And a subtle "A" is artfully crafted into the ornamentation on either side of the axe cane's collar.

This item can be used as a battle axe, or as a great club to do 1d8 bludgeoning damage.
