Armor (shield), rare
A shield that grants +2 AC, this shield is in a bracer that can be deployed with a bonus action. If a weapon is in the hand of the arm with the bracer, it can not be used until bracer has been retracted which cost a bonus action. If you have a 2 handed weapon it can not be used while shield is deployed. Shield deployment grants resistance to fire damage.
Shield has 4 charges, when an attack is successfully blocked you can spend 1 charge to send a thunderous blast to send the enemy flying back 10 feet. Blast deals storm damage equal to your spell casting mod.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
