Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a A Blood Hunter or a Blood Cleric.)

A silver chain connects to a silver amulet with a red opal stone that rests in its middle. At a glance, one could see that inside the opal rests an unmoving drop of blood of an unknown source to others but not to its user. Because once attuned to this amulet, the user learns the source of this drop of blood. It is a drop of blood from Tiamat, the Mother of the Chromatic Dragons.

This amulet allows its user to draw blood from other creatures surrounding the user (30 feet) healing the user for the same amount drawn out from the creatures. For a creature to be affected by this amulet, they must fail on a Wisdom saving throw (the user's DC). After failing once, the effect stays on for a month. If the creature succeeds they are immune to the amulet's effects for a week. Additionally, it adds +2 to the user's DC and spell attack rolls.

How much HP the other creatures lose and the user gains, depends on the level of the user of the amulet:

Levels 01 - 05 : 1d4
Levels 06 - 10 : 1d6
Levels 11 - 15 : 1d8
Levels 16 - 18 : 1d10
Levels 19 - 20 : 1d12

The number of creatures affected depends on a roll the user does once at the beginning of the month. It is up to the DM to determine what dice to throw to determine the number of creatures that could be affected (1d6 - 1d12) maybe a d100. If creatures are willing to give their blood, they don't count against the number of creatures that the amulet can affect on a monthly basis (maybe the amulet is used by a cult leader and its members are willing to give their lives for their leader).

To activate the amulet, the user must use an action to make a number of creatures to make a Wisdom saving throw (the user's DC). Afterwards, the user can use their bonus action to draw blood from other creatures.

Notes: Bonus: Spell Save DC, Bonus: Spell Attacks, A Blood Hunter or a Blood Cleric.
