Arzoth's Wings

While wearing this claok, you can turn invisible as an action. Anything you are wearing or carrying is invisible with you. You remain invisible until the cloak is removed, until you attack or cast a spell, or until you use a bonus action to become visible again. The cloak is barely visible, save for a slight shimmer around the wearer.

The cloak is fashioned from Arzan's wings, and gives the wearer immunity to necrotic damage. In addition, it can be used to manifest draconic wings for one hour, once per long rest.

to you, my wings. Use them to achieve all that could be above you.
