In the age of calamity, the ancient clan of druids that would become house Dornhain were betrayed by their own - and their gods - weakness; unable to face the horrors of the betrayer gods. They would make in secret, a weapon of hate. In doing so, they renounced the wildmother, and rejected peace, and reason. It would be many generations before they would find faith and trust again.
Wütend is in the style of a flamberge, with wicked, wound-causing curves. The air shimmers around it as if burning hot, but is merely warm to the touch. Holding Wütend while unattuned, causes the holder to be drained of all passion and ambition.
While attuned to this weapon you may gain the benefits of barbarians rage even while wearing heavy armour. If you have no uses of rage left, you may spend half of your total hit die to gain a use of rage, as Wütend drains vitality to stoke fury within you.
Wütend is sentient and can speak Common, Zemnian, and Druidic in a collected and confident manner. Wütend is very loyal to the family of Dornhain and their allies. It may decide to unattune itself if the bearer speaks or acts in a manner unbefiting of its makers. It will encourage its bearer to greater and greater violence, until all enemies have been slain.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
Notes: Damage: Slashing, Bonus: Melee Attacks, member of the house of Dornhain, adopted or otherwise, Versatile, Sap
