These adamantine manacles fit any Small to Large creature and create an Antimagic Shield to a diameter of 5 feet when they are fastened. The shackles can be slipped out of with a Sleight of Hand check DC 25 (which can be repeated at the end of each of the restrained targets turns), but physically breaking them is nearly impossible, requiring a DC 35 Strength check.
