Amulet of Kalathos

When worn, devotees of The Shimmering One and Dejfo may cast a healing radius up to 15 feet, providing 5 points of health to all creatures within the radius. 
The amulet possesses a number of charges equal to the wearer's proficiency bonus. 

The wearer may ask up to three 'yes' or 'no' questions, expending one charge per question. Charges refresh once per month.

The amulet will become warm to indicate yes, and cold to indicate no. 

The amulet glows with bitter cold when in the presence of a gem of Kalathos, within a 300 foot radius.
