Weapon (arrow), rare

An Acid Arrow contains a ceramic ball over the arrow head that contains a vile alchemical solution designed to break, pierce then burn the target.

When used, if the arrow strikes it's target, it will deal 1d6 acid damage in addition to any other damage. The target will take 1d4 acid damage on each subsequent turn. The acid against the target will continue to burn for the amount of turns equal to the acid damage rolled on the initial attack, or until a 1 is rolled on the d4 for damage as the acid fizzles out.

The arrow can also be used against other target to potentially dissolve things like locks, door handles, create holes, etc. at the DM's discretion.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
