Wondrous Item, rare
An item used to subdue magical prisoners. The collar is made of hardened steel that opens from the back. There are eyelets on the back for placing a lock to keep the wearer from removing the collar.
This collar creates an Anti-Magic Field on the wearer that extends one inch beyond the skin or any armor and clothing worn.
