Weapon (arrow), very rare (requires attunement by a anyone)

An arrow of Teleportation is a magic weapon meant to get you into the fight or help you reach normally unreachable locations. When shooting the arrow, or throwing it designate a square within reach and make a DC 15 Attack Roll, if you hit teleport to the target square. Should you miss the DC the DM decides how bad the arrow misses and where you teleport to.

Should you hit an enemy with this arrow, through a normal attack roll and not the DC check, teleport to the square next to the enemy you hit, which is between you and the enemy.

This arrow counts as a magical arrow for the purpose of damage calculation, and this arrow can't be destroyed by any physical means but looses it's magical properties while inside Antimagic Field and can then be destroyed.

*NOTE* This is a longbow because there is no option to select type ammunition. Yes copying an arrow does not work and it is known in the forums since 2017, but I need attunement because the arrow does not loose the magical property after hit only one is enough.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.

Notes: Damage: Piercing, anyone, Damage, Combat, Bane, Ammunition, Heavy, Range, Two-Handed, Slow
