Wondrous Item, common

An arrow with a razor wire bomb strapped to the front.

After being fired from a bow and upon contact, a small charge is triggered that rapidly expands the coiled cylinder of Razor wire into a small cloud of razors. The wires fill a 20-foot cube from that point for the duration. The wires are difficult terrain and lightly obscure their area.

If the wires aren't anchored between two solid masses (such as walls or trees) or layered across a floor, wall, or ceiling, the wires fall taking creatures and objects with them, Wires layered over a flat surface have a depth of 5 feet.

Each creature that starts its turn in the razors or that enters them during its turn must make a Dexterity (DC 15) saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is restrained as long as it remains in the webs or until it breaks free.

When a creature enters the affected area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there. The creature takes 2d61 slashing damage and is unable to heal until they escape the affected area.

A creature restrained by the wires can use its action to make a Strength check against your spell save DC. If it succeeds, it is no longer restrained.

Heavy melee weapons can break 5 foot cubes of wire effected area's

Notes: Damage: Slashing, Restrained
