Armor (studded leather), very rare (requires attunement)
Armor of the Stars is Studded Leather. The studs seem to glow and twinkle as if they were stars made of some strange interstellar metal.
This +3 armor has the ability to provide enough air to breathe for 10 minutes useable as a bonus action twice per day. It also confers resistance to cold damage.
As an action 1/day you may cause the studs to glow with a stars intensity, all creatures except you within 40’R are blinded unless they make Con save for ur spellcasting DC until the end of their next turn.
Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
