This scorched Ashwood spear holds within its core a long piece of fulgurite from when Talos, in his anger, struck the sea witch Hethre from her throne. The head of this spear is of bronze make and it channels the destructive power of a lightning bolt

- This weapon deals an additional 1d8 lightning damage on a hit
- State of Shock. Once per turn when you hit creature with this weapon, you can force them to make a DC15 Constitution saving throw or lose the ability to use reactions until the end of your next turn
- The wielder gains one minor beneficial property as well as a minor detrimental property
