Mounting:

You have disadvantage on attack rolls made with this weapon while it is not mounted. For an action you can mount the crossbow on its tripod, while you are wielding the weapon and its mounted, your movement speed is equal to 0. It only takes a bonus action to dismount the crossbow, but you lose half your movement just as you would if you started from a prone position.

Sighting:

It only takes a bonus action to Sight in on a target, while Sighted in on a target you gain: add your INT modifier to all attack rolls and damage rolls made with this weapon against the target in addition to all other values. As well as the ability Precision Shot, You may use a bonus action to make an insight(WIS) check of the opponents defences, if your roll is greater than or equal to the targets AC, your next attack that targets that creature--as long as you stay Sighted in on them--counts as a critical hit and has advantage on the attack roll. You lose all DEX based AC bonuses, and may only make attacks targeting the creature your sighted in on until the target dies or you claim your no longer sighted in (no action). Also while sighted in, the short weapon range increases by 60 ft, and the long weapon range increases by 120 ft.

Loading:

Overload; Once per round, for one charge you may load an additional bolt this round. (reloading takes a bonus action)

Firing:

You may fire one bolt per attack when you take the attack action with this weapon, use a bonus action to fire a single bolt, or use the ability Overcharge; once per round after you have fired a bolt at a target, you may use one charge to fire an addition bolt at the same target.

Proficiency with a Heavy Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
