Wondrous Item, rare

You can use a bonus action to store or retrieve one set on artisan tools within this ornate toolbox, when you do so you may set a password or passphrase to lock this toolbox (if no password or passphrase is set at the time the tool set is stowed the toolbox remains unlocked). You can use an action to place this 4-inch ornate toolbox on the ground and speak its command word. The toolbox rapidly develops into a workshop suited to the artisan tool set stored within, that remains until you use an action to speak the command word that dismisses it, which works only if the workshop is uncluttered and clean.

The workshop appears to resemble and open market, 20 feet on a side and no more than 15 feet high, with a hide roof to provide shelter and shade. Its interior is outfitted in a manner suited for the artisan tool set stored within it as a toolbox, with the addition of a front counter near the archway. When activated, the workshop has a large archway for an entrance on the side facing you. The archway permits entry only at your command, in addition despite the open plan layout and lack of fortifiable walls the entry of creatures is only possible through this large archway, which only you can speak as a free action. Both the toolbox and workshop are immune to dispel magic, the knock spell and similar magic, such as that of a chime of opening.

Each creature in the area where the workshop appears must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 2d10 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. In either case, the creature is pushed to an unoccupied space outside but next to the Workshop. Objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried take this damage and are pushed automatically.

The Workshop is made of strong wood, sturdy stone and tough hide, and its magic creates a stable and perfectly level crafting environment, additionally preventing it from being tipped over. The roof, the archway and the workstations, each have 100 hit points, immunity to damage from nonmagical weapons excluding siege weapons, and immunity to fire magical or otherwise. If a workstation is destroyed dismissing the workshop returns a broken tool to the ornate toolbox which must be replaced. Only a wish spell can repair the roof and archway (this use of the spell counts as replicating a spell of 8th level or lower). Each casting of wish causes the roof, the door, or one workstation to regain 50 hit points.

*Specialist workstations such as a dwarven forge used for refining precious metals, will require a specialist's tool set from the Fire Forge Clan to be stored within the ornate toolbox.
